'The large windows and the light immediately made us fall in love at first sight. Even on dark days it is very bright inside, and on the indoor terrace you can enjoy the sun to the full even in the colder months.
As an ex-hospitality entrepreneur, I paid extra attention to the kitchen, which I designed entirely by myself. So you'll find all the necessary elements within easy reach. Cooking and receiving your guests go hand in hand at the cooking island, where you can also have a cosy aperitif. For the kitchen worktop, I chose dekton as the material. A lot of things are automated, such as nest heating and screens with wind and sun sensors.
The neighbourhood is really lovely: you are close to everything from this developing part of Ghent. The park provides relaxation and you have all the major supermarkets and fine restaurants and terraces within walking distance. There is even a trendy wine bar underneath the building. What more could you ask for?’
