When I discovered this hidden gem, everything was still hidden under thick layers of dust, low ceilings and worn-out carpets. So the original elements that subsequently emerged were an amazing surprise!
Unbelievable, too, how quiet it is here - here you experience a peace I never dreamed of. Our street is a hidden oasis where the gardens blend seamlessly and where you only come when you have to be there.
I tried to keep as many of the original materials as possible. Even the once-removed marbled fireplaces, now shine again in all their glory. All renovations were carried out with the utmost respect for authenticity. My background in antiques and interior design allowed me to make full use of my passion here. The combination of contemporary art with the old elements of the house therefore creates a unique contrast.
The practical yet stylish kitchen is the beating heart of the house. We also spend a lot of time under the beautiful, covered terrace, a huge added value in the overall package of this fantastic house.

The house exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere, where everyone immediately feels welcome. And then there is its ideal location: close to the ring road and yet in the middle of the city.
