The excellent location has always been a major asset for us. It’s within walking distance of the heart of Leuven, the station, and also the provincial park… Here, we don’t have to choose between the vibrancy of the city and the tranquillity of the countryside.
In the house, we enjoy a lovely balance between modern living comfort and authentic charm. The characterful features give the house a warm feel, whilst the contemporary finishes ensure every comfort. We’ve also always found the layout of the house to be particularly practical. The open-plan kitchen and cosy living area are lovely places to spend time together, and the many rooms on the upper floors mean you can arrange the spaces to suit your own wishes and needs. A house that grows with you through the different stages of life!
The inner courtyard was also a real bonus: green, offering plenty of privacy and yet very low-maintenance – perfect for enjoying the outdoors to the full, without too much effort. Another plus point: the full basement with plenty of extra storage space makes this house even more practical for everyday use. In short, this place felt like a real home to us.
