The industrial back building on the Kleine Markt was used as a warehouse of legendary Antwerp cheese producer Warmenbol in the last century. The previous owner used the property as a residence. We have always used the fully restored loft on the first floor as an office, with the enclosed bedroom serving as a meeting room, so as not to disturb the working colleagues in the large room. What we ourselves, and with us numerous visitors, found unique about the property is its location. The back building is truly an oasis of peace and when you leave the building via the courtyard you are immediately in the bustling centre of Antwerp.
