We were looking for a way to live in the heart of the city, with plenty of space, light, tranquility, and a wide view of the water – and in that pursuit, we have more than succeeded here. In this large corner penthouse with views to the south and east, you truly live ideally. The fact that this is a new complex, fully equipped with modern comforts – highly energy-efficient, well-insulated, with solar panels, underground parking garage, bike storage, air conditioning, an internal lift, and an architectural nod to the maritime history of the neighborhood – greatly appealed to us. The wonderful neighbors are also a big bonus. As first owners, we’ve been able to truly make this apartment our home, and we’ve hosted many summer parties here with great pleasure. Our street is car-free, with a beautiful, new playground where our young children have had many special moments. But the absolute highlight for us is that within ten minutes of walking or biking, you're in the heart of the city with two beautiful parks, playgrounds, Park Spoor Noord, the MAS, WOLF food market in the Felixpakhuis, and lovely restaurants nearby. Espressobar Georges is also highly recommended for a great morning coffee. We will truly miss this unique apartment!"
