With this website Immodôme essentially offers you the following:

  • Information on the services offered by Immodôme, such as advice and guidance on the purchase and sale of property
  • An overview of the properties in Immodôme's portfolio, provided with detailed information of each property and the possibility to contact the office;
  • An overview of properties sold by Immodôme either itself or for an Immodôme partner. 
  • For partner products within Immodôme Objects, Immodôme is merely an intermediary and not a seller of the products. 
  • A communication platform between you and Immodôme, where you can share information requests and contact Immodôme sprl in various ways;
  • Various digital services, through which Immodôme wishes to inform you of its real estate offer and the properties it puts up for sale.

5. Breach of conditions

If you breach these terms and conditions or use the website for unauthorised or unlawful purposes, Immodôme sprl may deny you access without prior notice.

Immodôme makes every effort to ensure that the online availability of its offer fully corresponds to its actual offer.
