In renovating, I wanted to preserve the charm and spaciousness of this 70's apartment, while upgrading it to the 21st century. It really is a wonderfully vintage, apartment with a soul and personality all its own. In turn, the great sense of space and abundance of light create a warm, southern atmosphere. Being on the highest floor here, you also never tire of the beautiful view over the green edge along the Scheldt and Dender. That view makes the seasons tangible inside as well.
