Description

In the heart of enchanting Ménerbes, one of the most beautiful villages in France, lies this characterful 18th-century house measuring 135 m². A rare place where the charm of the past blends harmoniously with the comforts of today.

Facing south-west, the house enjoys exceptional light and magnificent views over the “Triangle d'Or”. From the courtyard garden, a breathtaking 270° panorama unfolds – an invitation to relax and reflect.

Inside, warmth and authenticity reign supreme: a cosy 40 m² living-dining room with exposed beams, three comfortable bedrooms, dressing room, bathroom, laundry room and cellar. The sheltered courtyard forms an intimate outdoor space, ideal for dining or relaxing in peace.

The property is connected to the mains drainage system and is within walking distance of the village's shops, restaurants and galleries. High-quality rental and the possibility of renting a garage nearby are also available.

The most picturesque villages of the Luberon - Lacoste, Gordes, Bonnieux and Roussillon - await you in the surrounding area, each with their markets, artisans and timeless Provençal atmosphere. Hiking, cycling, tennis, wine tastings, cultural festivals and art exhibitions form the backdrop to a rich and refined lifestyle.

A characterful house, steeped in history and light, quietly located and perfect as a main residence, second home or charming pied-à-terre in the heart of Provence.

When I go to buy bread, I sometimes don't get back for an hour and a half. It's not that the baker's is that far away, two minutes at most. The “problem” is that on the way I pass Café Le Progrès and before I know it, I find myself chatting with the villagers, baguette under my arm. The priorities here are completely different. That also helps me to put mine into perspective.
We prefer to come here in spring or during Indian Summer, from September onwards. That's when the light and colours are incredible. The nature and light here are so exceptional that they continue to inspire many filmmakers, photographers and painters.
