The location is amazing – literally just a crawl away from den Hopper, one of our favourite cafés (though it’s hard to choose with so many great places around). Having the brand-new Zuidpark so close is a huge plus – that park and the river Scheldt basically feel like our backyard. We also love our summer terrace, especially lounging on the built-in bench – the perfect sunny spot to relax. The project we’re most proud of? Definitely the green built-in cabinet. The en suite dressing adds a touch of calm when you step into the bedroom – it really creates a relaxing atmosphere. And finally, something that still surprises us: how quiet this one-way street is. Even though you’re right in one of the liveliest parts of the city, it’s wonderfully peaceful here.
