Because the apartment is arranged around a central core, every room feels open and airy, without ever feeling enclosed.
What I also greatly appreciate is how practical everything is. Getting to the city or the motorway takes no time at all, and coming home is just as smooth thanks to the garage and driveway, even when carrying groceries. At another stage of my life, I rented out rooms here, and that worked remarkably well too: everyone enjoyed sufficient privacy, while the shared spaces naturally encouraged social interaction.
