What continues to amaze me here every single day is the combination of exceptional space, abundant natural light and a panoramic view over the Singel. At the same time, the location is perfectly connected: tram and bus right at the doorstep, the city centre just ten minutes away by bike, and immediate access to the Ring, the A12 and the E19. In addition, thanks to the building’s only private garage, parking on the driveway is effortless. This apartment has always given me an extraordinary sense of freedom. The rooms are generous in size, natural light flows in from every direction, and the panoramic view over the Singel remains captivating at any time of day. Because the apartment is arranged around a central core, every room feels open and airy, without ever feeling enclosed. What I also greatly appreciate is how practical everything is. Getting to the city or the motorway takes no time at all, and coming home is just as smooth thanks to the garage and driveway, even when carrying groceries. At another stage of my life, I rented out rooms here, and that worked remarkably well too: everyone enjoyed sufficient privacy, while the shared spaces naturally encouraged social interaction.
