The ground floor is designed as a fully equipped office space, with a reception area, meeting room, separate offices and an integrated garage. An ideal professional workspace, but it can also be reconfigured as a hobby room, study or additional bedrooms.

The garden, with its mature planting and beautiful chestnut tree, provides a green counterpoint to this versatile home.

The owners,

owner speaks out

Living here is an absolute joy! The combination of city life, generous space and greenery makes this home truly special. With trees at both the front and the back, and views of a small park behind the house, it was love at first sight for us ten years ago. The nearby parks and Mastvest are also perfect for enjoying a peaceful moment surrounded by nature.

We renovated the house based on the original architectural plans, adding extra character and creating a wonderful sense of space. The living areas are ideal for entertaining guests, enjoying long dinners around the table and even hosting intimate home concerts. The kitchen also allows you to stay connected with the rest of the living space at all times. We have grown very fond of the neighbourhood too, building wonderful relationships with our neighbours and sharing not only special moments, but also plenty of information, belongings and even cake!

Now that our children have built lives of their own, we feel it is time for us to begin a new chapter. It is with great warmth that we pass on this special home, filled with wonderful memories and offering so many possibilities for the future.
