Living on the third floor means surprisingly quiet living! What I also find fantastic here is the abundant natural light. Even the winter sun flows in beautifully. The open layout gives the whole space a sense of openness and, because it is a duplex, the apartment truly feels like a house. The excellent location and the parking space with charging station are wonderful bonuses, but the absolute highlight is the roof terrace. In summer, you feel as if you are in the exotic gardens of Yves Saint Laurent in Marrakech. Even in winter, the plants remain green — simply delightful.
