I was immediately blown away by the look of this stately building. The authentic elements, the original herringbone parquet, high ceilings with moulures, magnificent, large rooms, natural light... Naturally, we wanted to preserve all these troeven as well as possible, so we renovated the flat while retaining as much of its charm as possible, but also with a view to a high-quality finish and contemporary comfort.
The building is cosy and friendly (co-ownership with residents-VME). The neighbourhood is also quiet and the street itself is very beautiful and attractive. And the fact that you live so close to the city centre, restaurants, parks and approach roads completes it.
