"This building is an absolute historical gem. When friends come over, they are amazed by the richness, silence and greenery hidden behind the facade of this merchant's house. The courtyard garden seems like a secret oasis in the middle of the city. The tropical entrance hall takes you back to days gone by.

In the flat itself, we took care of the electricity and the kitchen. In addition, the flat was completely painted.

Given that I work on the Eilandje, this location is perfect for us! We are between the city centre and the MAS. The quality butcher on the Paardenmarkt is our weekly friend. On Saturdays you can find the best of everything here: delicious fruit, pistolets and delicious charcuterie. And for big purchases we go to Albert Heijn on Hessenplein, also behind the corner.

We rent a car parking space in the street. This rental can be taken over by the new owner without any problem. And if you need a second place, there are plenty of places for rent or sale nearby.
