Description

Flat with green view and garage box

Located opposite Prince Albert Park, within walking distance of Fosbury & Sons and De Koninck Brewery, close to the approach roads and with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The living space of the app feels very spacious. Views over the park, lots of light, a pleasant width, a handsome block parquet and a nice ceiling height.

The flat typifies the 50s/60s style: spacious entrance hall, spacious living room, nice parquet floor, built-in cupboards.

The garage box is included in the price. It is worth its weight in gold! You can put your car in it, bikes and some junk.

Separate kkn with balcony (ideal for your rubbish), spacious living room, 2 bdrms, terrace on master bedroom, bkd, basement and garage box. Kkn and bdk in need of renovation.

Light, visibility and space in the middle of the city.
One not to miss!

During spring, enjoy the white flowers of the wild chestnut trees in the park.
The owner, Raf,

owner speaks out

Although I wanted to live in the middle of the city, nature and the seasons remain important to me.

In this flat you have an enormous feeling with the seasons.

During spring, you enjoy the white flowers of the wild chestnut trees in the park. The big beeches turn a fantastic red in autumn. And a bed of snow over the park is also unique to observe from the seventh floor.

Nature is tangible from your window. You have a garden on your doorstep that you don't have to look after.
Terraces, shops, public transport and the dynamics of the city are also there.
The best of both worlds!

I wanted to tackle the bdk and kkn in due course, but when living there, this didn't happen. A job for the next owner ;-)
