Six years ago we instantly fell in love with the 1930s style, herringbone parquet and art deco elements of this flat. That style is not only pleasing to the eye, but also a bliss to live in. The fantastic layout separates the private areas from our workplace and ensures that the bedrooms are bathed in silence, even when friends or clients are visiting. This is truly our oasis of calm in the city. On weekends, it's blissful brunch with the sun beaming right into the kitchen from morning to afternoon. The garden is our tropical paradise. It is also a dream spot for our little daughter to play in! From the first sun of spring, it feels like we are on holiday. On weekends, we stroll through our beautiful Pulhof neighbourhood. Pistolets and cakes at 'Le Bleu' bakery, or goodies from the delicatessen down the street? Delicious, you can find us there almost every day. The plan was to continue living here, but because our jobs as directors have suddenly taken off, we have to look for a house with a large adjoining office. Here too, the main conditions remain: stylish authenticity and everything on the ground floor. Because we never want to lose that way of living after this flat.
