A row of twelve single-family houses in Deurne-South within a pure application of the neighborhood unit, on the grounds of the Fort, located between the Herentalsebaan, the Muggenberglei and the Waterbaan. Within cycling distance of the city, with public transport, supermarkets and local shops in the immediate vicinity.

The garden is an absolute asset. No view from rear neighbors, a beautiful pave green grass, sun in abundance and a charming electric awning.

On one side, the living room with a sitting area and lounge occupies the full depth, with large windows on both sides. The other half groups the entrance and stair hall with checkroom and toilet on the street side, the open kitchen and dining area on the garden side. The first floor has one large and one normal bedroom with built-in wardrobes for clothes and linen. In addition, a smaller bedroom, dressing room or office space. There is also a bathroom with shower and a separate laundry room.

The construction method is a combination of load-bearing masonry, prefabricated concrete floor elements, aluminum windows with standard dimensions and non-load-bearing internal walls in ashlar stone. For the parement of front and rear facades, only one color of brick is used here, in a beige shade and with a rough texture.

A decent refresh is needed - oa kkn and flooring. The layout is absolutely ingenious and the rooms are bathed in light.
