This house is a cross between authentic charm and daring brutalism. The original house is characterized by unique decorative tiles, a historic wooden staircase, beautiful wooden doors and floors, and special window layouts. The extension was drawn brutalistically. Large windows, exposed concrete, a triangular roof edge, underlying joints and bright red bricks make a clear statement. Not for pussies.

The kitchen was cleverly designed with tailor-made cabinets in beech wood and with a concrete countertop, tough and with a Scandinavian edge. The owners transformed the original garage into a storage room and laundry room. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. The second floor includes the master bedroom with space for a dressing room and a separate staircase with access to the bathroom on the first floor.

The garden of the house is ideal for children to romp. A real tree house for pirates and lots of space to play. The terrace at the house is ideal for parents. Nice breakfast in the sun or delicious bbq. It works fine here!
