When I first visited the flat, I immediately loved the open feeling here. The high ceilings and large windows definitely contribute to this. I love open spaces, so the open kitchen and living room immediately caught my attention. Furthermore, the little details made me fall for the flat finaly, such as the handy storage room, the large walk-in shower and the contemporary style and finish of the modern bathroom. The location is also top notch to live in: you're close to two parks here and the PAKT site, my favourite spot for a coffee, or for a cocktail at Black Smoke's rooftop bar. Blessed to have all that within walking distance. The city centre is nearby but at the same time you live in a quiet area.
