We've loved living here for a very long time, but it's time for a new turn in our lives. This really is one of those wonderful houses that makes you instantly happy, both summer and winter. Bags of character, lots of charm and all of it pleasant, spacious and cosy rooms.... Add to this the fine view of lots of greenery and you'll understand that we leave here with mixed feelings. Every season has its top spots in this house. In winter, the cosy living room is the place to be, especially when it's time to put up a big Christmas tree again! In summer, our life is more likely to take place at the back of the house, in the veranda and lush garden, where you can enjoy the sun's rays all day long. Air conditioning has already proved its worth twice over during the heat waves of recent years. Blessed to be guaranteed a good night's sleep even on the hottest nights. Also very important in this urban environment, is that we can always park here without worries on the long and wide driveway or in the large garage.
