We lived here ourselves until our little daughter was born. Lovely times, super quiet living and yet really in the middle of the beating heart of the city. When we moved, we always managed to rent out the flat very smoothly. The fact that this is a small building with low fixed costs is definitely a plus too. New future plans mean we are passing on our hidden gem (with a little regret in our hearts) to the next lucky owner.
