Ten years ago, we had an instant crush on this flat. Naturally, we carried out the total renovation with great respect for the original elements in this large, characterful flat with high ceilings, lots of light and views of greenery.

Not only is the location here top notch, our neighbours are real sweethearts too. We live amid a very nice mix of young and older neighbours, all owners who lovingly take care of the building. If one of the neighbours is having a party or there are roadworks in the street... No problem, because the bedrooms are at the back. We literally sleep through everything undisturbed.

The cosy brasserie and restaurant across the street are a great trump card if you don't feel like cooking... And when it's terrace weather, you immediately get a blissful holiday feeling here. Add the supermarkets and night shop within walking distance and the green square next door and the picture is complete! We are therefore convinced that the new residents will enjoy living here just as much.
