The flat at Kipdorp is a real gem. On arrival, you are immediately surprised by the grandeur of the building. You can imagine that they used to drive beautiful carriages through the entrance hall.
When you then enter the flat, you enjoy the immense windows and high ceiling. We chose to emphasise this further by adding a void in the living area. The mezzanine connects to the open-plan bedroom.
When I bought the apartment, I was alone and intended to live there myself, but during the course of the renovation I met my husband. We bought a house together and so I never lived in the apartment, but always rented out well.
The location is fantastic. You're within walking distance of the Meir, close to the historic centre and also close to the station, especially by tram.
Inside, you enjoy complete tranquillity. During the summer, you can use the communal patio. Every year the residents organise a BBQ there in summer and a Christmas party in winter. Very cosy!"
