Here you live in a quiet and residential neighbourhood, yet within walking and cycling distance of 't Zuid and the heart of the city: this is the ideal place to live for me. After a working day, I love to install myself on the terrace in the evening sun and enjoy an aperitif. Also very pleasant: thanks to the underground car park, I never have to look for a parking space, a very big luxury in the city! The green courtyard of the Zuidervelodrome is also super nice. I'm going to miss it here!
