When we bought the house, it was 100% dilapidated. It also no longer formed a whole at all. High time for tabula rasa, then. We are still happy with the transformation every day. Now it is a very light, structured and practical house. At the same time, it really feels like a big 'playhouse' for the kids. Super cool! The neighbourhood is great too: Oud-Berchem is a village in the city. The children have a great time here. And when we want to unwind, there is always our chill room/bedroom, the quiet courtyard or the warm, sunny terrace. A great luxury!
