Carefree yield property with a monthly rent of 1,900 euros.

Located in Antwerp's Diamond Quarter, close to the railway station and within walking distance of the city park.

It is a quasi new construction with insulated walls and roof, 2-year-old kitchens and bathrooms, new electricity, natural gas heating and black aluminium double-glazed windows.

On the glvl a hip commercial with basement, the first floor houses a cool little flat, and the second and third floors form a duplex with terrace.

Absolute no-brainer!

Barbara, the owner,

owner speaks out

Initially, we wanted to renovate the existing building. In the end, we went so far in the renovations that it's more like a new building.

The floor slabs were renewed. The roof was completely replaced. The basement was concreted. The front and rear façade were insulated and, in addition, electricity and plumbing were completely tackled. Nothing remains of the original building.

For the windows, we chose black alumium, modern and stylish. The floors are parquet-look tiles, very practical to maintain, hard-wearing and aesthetic.

We have fantastic tenants. On the glvl is a record company, on the first a tremendously neat and clean young man and in the duplex a businessman who also uses the duplex partly as an office.
