When we were looking for a new home for my father 20 years ago, our criteria were strict: a large flat with authenticity, at least three bedrooms, outdoor space, lots of light ánd central to the city so he could go everywhere easily and independently. This flat ticked off all our requirements and my father has always loved living here. In recent years, the flat was rented out. Now a new chapter has begun for us as well and we are looking for a new owner for this charming top flat.
