What a lovely flat! Waking up every morning to an oasis of light and peace, coffee on the terrace and on weekends the best grocers, takeaways, breakfast spots, cafes and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk away! I instantly fell in love with this view. I dare not say out loud how many photos I have taken of beautiful sunsets in all this time. Everyone also keeps being surprised by this bright and open flat in such a big building.
Also, the neighbours are fantastic! There really is a gang of really cool people living here together. Our super-ambitious Board of Directors and caretaker together take great care of the building and gardens. The shops here are literally innumerable and the mobility here is also perfect: Central Station within walking distance; by car right on the ring road; and by bike you can be in every corner of the city in fifteen minutes.
I still find the interior design by Hub Architects brilliant after all this time. The amount of built-in cupboards seems endless, yet is very subtle. And the sliding walls give this flat its magic touch. I am only now realising that I am really going to miss àll things about this wonderful place....
