I bought this flat after the renovation, and I immediately fell in love with the charming elements they had kept. Keeping the original character and doing a thorough renovation do not usually go hand in hand, but here they do: in this place I really found the best of both worlds. Take the white-painted façade, which exudes enormous character - and inside it only gets better!

The neighbours are very pleasant and quiet, and the soothing view over the water is also priceless to me. Whether I want to leave by car, or cycle into town, it's always smooth and fast. After many years, as a native of Ghent, I am moving to the sea to enjoy being outdoors even more, but I will never forget this lovely place.
