'Living in Ghent city centre is fantastic for us. Everything is within walking distance here and the city is literally our garden. Our flat is so quiet... A peaceful cocoon to enjoy thoroughly. If we do feel like eating something, we never have to walk far. Thanks to the separate parking box, we also enjoy our freedom at the same time. If we want to get out of town, we can get to the motorway in no time.

There is nothing better than living on the 3rd floor of a corner building like this. The trees of the Zuidpark are a hundred years old and the crowns treat us to a new, changed view every day. Here, you live with the seasons.

Originally, we came from a big house with a lot of garden. So we certainly didn't want to sacrifice space and greenery. At the same time, we now have the luxury of being able to fully enjoy those troeven without having to spend hours on maintenance. You read: enjoyment is definitely the key word here.'
