We came across this property by chance. We were cycling with friends along the Rupel and passed by here.

Originally we were looking for a house for our family on the sides of Hove, Kontich and Aartselaar. We wanted to live green and accessible towards Antwerp and Brussels.

At the first visit, we were completely blown away. On the one hand, we were heavily impressed by the special look and authenticity of the house. On the other hand, as an accountant, I thought of the great tax opportunities to also start an accounting firm here.

Formerly operated as a standing banquet hall for fancy receptions and parties under the name "Rupelhof," the previous owners opted for co-housing with the parents.

They also completely renovated the home. For the restoration, they hired professionals. The home was restored from basement to roof into an absolute gem!
