We searched for at least one year before we found this flat. Every time there was something wrong. High overheads, small second bedroom, no outdoor space, outdated kitchen or bathroom. We had almost given up.

Before, we rented a flat in the city. As it was our first purchase, we wanted a flat that was modern AND 100% our taste.

A terrace was an absolute must for both of us. We also wanted a modern kitchen and bathroom. As we both work a lot, we did not want to renovate. It had to be right the first time! And, it was!!!

With this flat, you are assured of comfort and energy. Besides, it's just super nice! The kitchen is spacious and modern. The bathroom has an extra toilet. It has a bath and yet also a glass wall so you can shower in the bath.

But, we especially fell in love with the view in the living room! You live in the middle of the city and yet you have no opposite neighbours. When you sit in your sofa in the living room, you look out onto the park. So you can enjoy every season from the comfort of your armchair.
