After a thorough and radical renovation by Conix Architects (led by Christine Conix) in 2006 and 2007, the building was officially completed in 2009.

This attractive one-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor. In recent years, the apartment has been rented out, but it is also ideal as a pied-à-terre or to live in yourself. Either way, this is a real winner: natural daylight floods in at both the front and rear, and the combination of raw concrete and warm parquet flooring creates a stylish, rugged vibe. It's incredible how this street has been transformed! From a somewhat busy road with lots of cars, it is now a wonderfully quiet street where pedestrians reign supreme, with lots of new, trendy shops. All this adds up to make this city crib a wonderful place to stay.
