On my first visit to this property, I was completely taken by the atmosphere of the city palace. The entrance exudes authenticity and history. This is carried through to the high ceilings and large windows in the flat.

The neighbourhood is also fantastic. You are two steps away from the Meir with its shops, the Theaterplein with its cosy market and the Suikerrui with all its restaurants and cafés.

In addition, the tram in front of the door is hugely convenient. If you have to go to Brussels for work, you're at the station in two minutes. A great luxury.
