owner speaks out

Initially, we chose this location because of its accessibility. I worked in Rotterdam and Anne-Catherine had to drive up the E313 for her job. Moreover, we wanted to live residentially, but still keep in touch with the city.

Finally, the atmosphere and leisure facilities gave us a heart for this neighbourhood.

At weekends, we jog in the Rivierenhof or take the tram to the city. In summer, we catch a concert in the evening at the open-air theatre. This makes this location super!

And our house is of course top notch! The perfect combo between the charm of yesteryear and the trendiness of today. Moreover, worry-free, with a nice EPC thanks to a new boiler, an insulated roof and new windows.
