We have lived here since 2004 and in all those years we have seen the neighbourhood evolve and rejuvenate tremendously. So the biggest troeven of our house is its prime location. The mere fact that our children went to school behind the corner meant that we never had to live in a hectic rush in the morning, quite the contrary. Everything is possible here à l'aise because we are so close to everything. There are also lots of charming delis of unseen quality: Le Blue, Neusje van de Zalm, Buermans, De Belie... We made the city garden an extension of our interior. That way we don't have to drive off the grass and are still surrounded by greenery all year round. Nice and easy! Three years ago we built the covered winter terrace: the best decision ever, what a lovely place. We are also very happy with the handy bicycle shed at the front. We followed the same line throughout the renovation of our house: super-practical, stylish and easy to maintain.
