My partner and I are true fans of the city. In life, we are both guided by passion and emotion, albeit with a dose of common sense, but from time to time emotion still takes over. The flat at Kipdorp played on both aspects.

On a first visit to the project, we were immediately sold by the beautiful building, the spacious terrace and the hallucinatory view.

The outdoor space is top notch! You live in the middle of the city yet have views and enjoyment of greenery. The roof garden is south-facing. You enjoy sunshine there all day. Really fantastic! Moreover, it is always very quiet.

Inside, we could choose everything ourselves and decorate it to our own taste. The gas fireplace was our hobbyhorse! It had to be there.

The neighbourhood is fantastic. The AH and Delhaize are within walking distance. On weekends, we like to go to the market for breakfast or to meet up with friends. In the evening, enjoy the range of restaurants nearby and culture is never far away either.
