A flat on the 7th floor, you don't find that every day.... This place therefore enchants you from the first moment you step inside. Surprisingly peaceful and serene, with an amazing, panoramic view of Zurenborg and Borgerhout on top. Because it is so high up, it is unseen quiet here, a very special, unique atmosphere to live in.
What also fascinated us immediately was the well thought-out plan of the flat. Every room was designed logically and efficiently, with super abundant natural daylight and large windows at the same time.... The result is comfort in an intimate, characterful atmosphere, finished with a touch of history thanks to the authentic mosaic parquet.
We designed a new concept for both kitchen and bathroom. Our aim was to seamlessly merge contemporary comfort with optimal use of the available space, with materials that match the existing architecture. We are really happy with the result, a harmonious interplay between modern convenience and the timeless allure of the original design.
