Description

Located in hip Sint-Amandsberg, a place with many young local residents. By bike you are less than 10' from the heart of Ghent. At the end of the street is the Rozenbroekenpark: walking, jogging, romping or picnicking. Cozy and à l'aise are the code words here.

Behind this facade is a surprising sea of light and space. The total renovation of 2016 resulted in an ultra-light, fully move-in ready family home with the same warm, beautiful parquet floor throughout.

In the separate entrance hall with toilet, a ceiling-high glass door leads to the living space with dining room, spacious living room and open kitchen. The living space offers plenty of light and a view of the southeast facing, neatly tiled city garden. This has 100% privacy and requires little maintenance. Here you can enjoy the sun in peace from early spring to late autumn.

On the 1st floor you will find a spacious bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, double sink and plumbing for washing machine and dryer. With so much space, every morning rush is smooth and comfortable. The 1st large bedroom and spacious night hall with storage are also located on this floor.

The 2nd floor has 2 more spacious bedrooms, one of which has a fixed staircase to the attic: a nice extra space that can serve as storage, guest room or cozy play attic. Need even more storage space? You can also store things in the dry cellar space.

The owners, Michiel & Margot,

owner speaks out

Our son goes to daycare around the corner. After work, we pick him up on foot and stop by the playground or Rozenbroeken Park. Everything is within walking distance here, whether you go to the bakery on Sunday for pistolets or to the supermarket, super convenient. In Sint-Amandsberg there is a very nice, friendly atmosphere among the local residents. Our tiled city garden is very cozy and has zero overlooking from neighbors. You can dream away in a book here, with birds singing in the background of the neighboring greenery. Besides the prime location, the light in the house is a great asset. Even on the gloomiest days we don't have to turn on any lights.
