Close to the Island as well as the old town centre, that was the dream location for my first property purchase. I was instantly charmed by this project, although it was exciting because I bought it on plan. Fortunately, it became a real winner thanks to the great location on the one hand, and the successful combination between contemporary comfort, tranquillity and space on the other. The large courtyard garden also creates a blissful resting spot in the heart of the city. In the weekend, jogging along the quays of the Scheldt, fresh pistolets from Dellafaille, going to the shops on foot and in the evening meeting up with friends for a cosy dinner at restaurant Pazzo, which is literally next door....
