The current concept – sustainable and thoughtfully designed – features a refined architectural volume on pile foundations, with a spacious south-facing terrace. It includes two bedrooms, a separate office, and large living areas. The existing trees – English oaks, a serviceberry, and pollarded willows along the side of the plot – will be preserved, allowing the villa to blend perfectly into the surrounding landscape. Expansive windows fill each room with light and offer soothing garden views.
