This is our own, extremely quiet little paradise in the city. The residential location combined with the nicest neighbours - this is worth its weight in gold for us. Inside the house, too, it's always lovely thanks to the perfect light. At any time of the day, you can enjoy daylight streaming in here. Blessed. Then there are the nice rooms where everyone finds their place. And the icing on the cake? That is without doubt 'the poly', the multipurpose room which gives out onto the garden. What a delight to be able to receive friends here, both inside and outside. You can organise an extensive BBQ here, but it's also a dream spot for parties and playdates... After all, you have an extra fridge and toilet here, so no one has to be upstairs. Really ideal. Add to that the spacious, dry basement - ultra handy for all your stuff and stock - and you'll understand that we leave this fine home with mixed feelings.
