The Exhibition Quarter, a feast for the eyes for architecture lovers. The district boasts beautiful modernist homes.

We gather at Bistro Camille on a frosty but sunny day. We start our walk down Camille Huysmanslaan with a design by Leon Stynen and by Paul Smekens. We then move on to the volhardingsstraat for a creation by architect Huib Hoste. Along Volhardingsstraat, we reach Tentoonstellingslaan, where we enjoy a work by Eduard Van Steenbergen.

The walk continues to the Kristus-Koning church. An art-deco ornamented cross basilica designed by J. Smolderen. Piece by piece, the walk shows us gems of a bygone era.

Thank you for your enthusiasm! You were fantastic!
