Through the utility room and storage room, you reach the multifunctional space with en-suite shower room – ideal as a home office, hobby room or additional bedroom with direct access to the garden. The convenient integrated garage is currently used as bicycle storage and additional storage space.

From here, you can step out onto the spacious terrace and into the beautiful, private garden. At the front, the kitchen with its distinctive tiled floor also offers space for a dining area. On the split level, you’ll find the bathroom with washbasin, bathtub and toilet. The second floor offers two beautiful bedrooms. In the front bedroom, a fixed staircase leads up to the wonderfully spacious attic, which offers plenty of additional possibilities.

A unique opportunity for architecture lovers!

owner speaks out

Coming down the stairs and immediately seeing the open view of the living room and the lush green garden – that was something that made me happy every single day. From the very beginning, I was a big fan of the open split-level architecture, but also of the fantastic garden, where you can enjoy both plenty of light and shady spots. The abundant greenery creates a natural separation from the neighbours at the back, while the garden itself requires very little maintenance – ideal. Thanks to the large, multifunctional attic, this is also a truly wonderful family home. We turned it into an extra play and chill-out space, complete with a DVD player and collection, comics and games. In this wonderfully quiet neighbourhood, where more and more young families are moving in, you have incredibly lovely neighbours. The children love going out to play in the traffic-calmed street just around the corner.
