With serious sales baggage, Katrien advises buyers and sellers with real estate needs in the northern outskirts of Antwerp and in and around Lier. She has a talent for creating connections between people and building long-term relationships.

You cannot be more sales driven. Trained in hard sales at the Goudengids, then sidestepped to Immonet - the former real estate site of De Persgroep - followed by 16 years at Vendor as account manager and business developer and finally working as commercial manager at football club Waasland-Beveren, a commercial career to be proud of. And, Immodôme brought her in!

Katrien lives with little daughter Liz and son Jack in the municipality of Schilde. She loves long walks through fields and forests with a good podcast in her ears, a nice glass of wine in Den Toren and going out with friends or her sisters. And as a bookworm, she devours one topper after another.

Spontaneous, convivial and sincere are keywords that describe Katrien. She is loved by everyone. The kind of person you see and immediately get in a good mood. Always positive and an incredible go-getter. For Katrien, "no" is not an option. Both privately and professionally, she never gives up.
