Xavier brings calm, insight and determination to our team. With his empathetic outlook and his ability to quickly understand what people truly need, he connects effortlessly with clients. He strives for genuine conversations, clear results and a professional approach that always remains human.

After seven adventurous years with the paracommandos, he chose a more stable path and a career in which he could guide people through important milestones. Real estate turned out to be the perfect match. He completed a training programme at Syntra, spent ten years working at a Leuven-based agency, and obtained his official BIV accreditation in 2024. When the opportunity arose to help build the Immodôme story in Leuven, the decision was an easy one: the vision, the dynamic spirit and the contemporary branding immediately felt right.

Xavier lives in the rural village of Vissenaken with his partner Caroline, their daughter Marine and their Scottish terrier Murphy. In his free time, he enjoys gravel and mountain biking, golf, photography, skiing and travelling – but most of all, he loves spending time with his family. Leuven holds a special place in his heart: its warm, village-like atmosphere, rich architecture, vibrant hospitality scene and green parks make it a wonderful place for him to work.
