With ten years of sales experience behind her at fashion agency Barcatex, Marilyne knows the success factors of sales. With natural flair and immense good taste, she helps clients find their dream property. She understands the architectural aspects of houses and can perfectly guide buyers in this.
She is no stranger to real estate. Her father, John Collin, was founder of C&T Retail, specialising in commercial real estate, and is currently Executive Director of CBRE.
Together with her husband, Jef, and children, Mads, Jack and Raymond, Marilyne lives in the city centre. A real city girl! Going everywhere by bike, meeting friends at the market, walking along the Scheldt.
During holidays and weekends, she goes jogging and enjoys lovely bike rides in Retranchement. She loves cooking and can express her creativity in this. At Marilyne's home, it feels super cosy. She has a talent for dressing up a room cosily with decorative elements, cushions, plaids, candles, etc.
Within Immodôme, Marilyne works on properties in the centre of Antwerp.
